GTM and competitive intelligence for agentic AI governance.
Inversed built Worldcoin's aMPC privacy system underpinning World ID at scale. Now launching Threshold, a governance proxy that vaults AI agent credentials, enforces deterministic access boundaries, and logs every action in an audit trail the agent can't touch. Hand an agent your credentials and a Turing-complete execution environment and the agent is you. Same identity, same permissions, same blast radius. Existing governance addresses the surface. My work here is building the case and the tooling for governance that moves beneath the LLM, before the action, not after.
- Threshold Atlas. Competitive intelligence application mapping 84 vendors across 8 governance layers, 7 security primitives, and 3 procurement clusters. AI-queryable knowledge base, coverage heatmaps, vendor comparators, regulatory tracking, buyer-persona lenses. The system the team runs on for every sales conversation.
- CTM Dashboard. Prototyped a Cryptographic Trust Model scoring rubric and public dashboard after the KelpDAO incident, rating 40+ DeFi protocols on whether the trust assumption they advertise is the one that actually executes when funds move. Paired with a productized offer for operators and custodians.
// View the CTM Dashboard ↗ - Two interactive white papers mapping the infrastructure and organizational layers agents are integrating with
// View the Agentic Stack ↗ // View the Organizational Stack ↗ - Challenger Sales operating model. Commercial insights, silent-failure patterns, and a forcing-function calendar of regulatory deadlines that drive every prospect conversation.
- Strategic partner development. Identifying and landing co-sell relationships with agent harness teams, infrastructure providers, and governance-adjacent platforms.
- Internal AI transformation. Data architecture, process automation, tooling.
Agentic governance is an emergent space with no established playbook. I helped scaffold the team's knowledge of the competitive landscape and hone product concepts in relationship to the market. The tools I built made that knowledge accessible and operational.
